Пикантный дип из запеченных овощей

Eggplants - 1-2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 1-2 pcs.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Sour cream - 100 g
Tabasco - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Garlic - 2-3 slices
Dill - 5 twigs

Cooking method:
Prepare the ingredients for a spicy dip of baked vegetables.
Put the vegetables in a baking tray.
Prick the eggplants with a fork.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until soft. It will take about 30-40 minutes.
As soon as the vegetables are ready, immediately, while the pepper is hot, put it in a bag and wrap it. Let him lie down in this form for ten minutes: so it will be easier to remove the skin.
Then remove the skin from the eggplant and pepper.
Put the vegetables in a blender bowl, add butter, tabasco, lemon juice and sour cream.
Whisk.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the chopped greens. Mix it up.
A spicy dip of baked vegetables is ready.
Serve immediately, or store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
